"I HAVE THIS LITTLE IDEA..."
Joe Kuzmanic expressed to his wife, in late 2001, as he laid out his plan to relocate to St. George, Utah, from his roots in the harbor town of San Pedro, California, (home to generations of Italian and Slav legal immigrants). Ba Da Bing! A brand new business venture was born. The Dogfather was introduced into the marketplace in 2002, offering four classic hot dogs and promising cusotmers, "We'll make you a HOT DOG you CAN'T refuse." The promise proved true, demand grew, and The Dogfather expanded into a restaurant in 2004. The Dogfather menu now includes sausages (bratwurst, Italian, and big beer), grilled sandwiches and remarkable salads, with a growing enthusiastic following. A casual and inimitable ambience, replete with floor to ceiling murals of comic wiseguys and whimsical molls; the Dogfather has garnered a following of passionate regulars, seasonal visitors who make a visit to The Dogfather
top priority, and its own “star following” as evidenced by personally autographed photos on The Dogfather’s ever growing Wall of Fame. |
